Balabhadrapatruni Ramani is a renowned Telugu novelist, story writer and movie story-screenplay writer. She started her career with small stories and shone into limelight with novels. Many of her novels were made into films in Tollywood (Telugu cinema) and she continues to provide story ideas and screenplay support for movies. Most of her novels are about human relations and situational emotions. ==Early life and Education== Ramani Balabhadrapatruni was born Ramani Ankaraju on 26 January 1964 in Hyderabad, India. Her parents are Ankaraju Anand Bhushan Rao and Ankaraju Sathyavathi Devi. She got her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985 from Kasturba Gandhi College in Secunderabad. Her inspirations were her grandparents Surampudi Srihari Rao and Ramanama who were freedom fighters. Inspired by the stories her grandmother used to recite of their time serving the nation, she decided to pen down the total journey as narrated for future generations of the family to know. This story titled “LEADER” was published by EMSCO in year 1995. Ramani considers Yandamuri Veerendranath as her guru.
